Graduated with full marks in Business Economics & Legislation at the University of Brescia. He is chartered accountant and statutory auditor, and deals mainly with extraordinary transactions in support of leading institutional and industrial investors, including listed ones. He sits on numerous boards of directors and boards of statutory auditors of important industrial and financial companies.

TOMMASO FRANZINI

Graduated from the University of Brescia, Faculty of Economics and Commerce, with a banking program. He is chartered accountant and auditor, and mainly deals with corporate and tax law with particular reference to national and international groups and conglomerates. He sits on several boards of directors. He is also an expert in Tax Litigation in the field of direct and indirect taxes as well as technical / legal and tax issues related to Initiatives in the Renewable Energy sector.

ANDREA MALCHIODI

Graduated in Business Economics at the University of Brescia. He is chartered accountant and statutory auditor, and mainly deals with corporate taxation and tax planning for public and private entities. He sits on numerous boards of directors and boards of statutory auditors of important industrial, sports and public bodies. He also works as a technical consultant for the Court of Brescia.

MICHELE BOLPAGNI

Labor Consultant registered in the Brescia Register. He deals with human resource management and personnel administration for companies of all sizes and sectors of activity. Expert in complex problems, typical of labor law in the Italian market, such as the conduct of disciplinary procedures and the resolution of individual employment contracts.

BARBARA MAZZOLINI

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Brescia with specialization in Business Economics and Legislation. She is chartered accountant and mainly deals with corporate and tax law; she is also an expert in bankruptcy law. She has carried out CTU assignments for the Court of Brescia.

EDOARDO LATTUADA

Graduated with full marks at the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan with specialization in Economics and Legislation for business. Third place in the national competition "Degree Thesis of Business Networks" promoted by Confindustria. He is chartered accountant, mainly dealing with corporate and tax law. He is also an expert and passionate about aggregations between companies and non-profit organizations.

ANDREA TIRABOSCHI

Graduated with top marks from the LIUC University of Castellanza with a specialization in corporate finance. In 2010 he obtained a merit scholarship to attend the II level Master in Merchant Banking at the same university, obtaining the diploma with the highest grade. He was senior associate of the international private equity fund "Argos Soditic". On behalf of Argos Soditic followed the acquisition of F2A, of which he was a member of the board of directors, and of Business Integration Partners (an Italian multinational active in management / operational consultancy specialized in business integration and innovation). It also followed the sales process of Bellco (treatments for kidney failure) and F2A.
